Signature Keynote:

Easy is Effective

Simple ideas inspire people. Easy actions transform them.

People may say “simple isn’t easy.”

But if we actually want to improve our lives, empower ourselves, and achieve our goals…
easy matters more than simple.

Simple explains the idea.
Easy makes the idea possible.

When something becomes easy enough to repeat, that’s when life actually starts to change.

We often think success requires doing more, pushing harder, and making things complicated. In reality, the most effective people and teams simplify. In this keynote, Regan shows how energy, personal ownership, and mindset create momentum — and how taking clear, manageable action leads to better results. With relatable stories and practical takeaways, audiences learn how to move forward with clarity, focus, and confidence. When things get simpler, they often get better.

Regan believes that leadership isn’t about managing others first — it’s about managing ourselves. In this keynote, Regan helps leaders master their energy, elevate resilience, and communicate with clarity so they can lead with confidence and purpose. When we lead ourselves well, we ignite trust, productivity, and innovation. Don’t wait – start now!

KEY TAKEAWAYS:

  • Master your energy and bring your best self to others to create a continuous cycle of good energy.

  • Ramp up your mindset, joy, and physical energy.

  • Learn the three keys that create impactful, thoughtful team dynamics.

The Good Is In The Getting

When We Invest Care Into the Process Itself, it Makes the Outcome Even Better

I believe that having a goal – and reaching a goal – isn’t just about the goal itself (even if we reach it!), it’s very much about how we get there. When we have positivity in our work, home, and team environments, it makes for an even better outcome.

Paying attention to the journey – the process – the steps, matters.

This ties to our life, our work, and our teams (including family, work, church, and sports).

High-performing teams don’t happen by accident — they are built with intention. Drawing on my experience leading successful organizations from the ground up, and competing nationally in curling, I share the secrets to building a culture that performs well under pressure. I’ll show how etiquette can be as important as mutual respect – in the boardroom, office, or on the ice.

This talk makes a very effective workshop as well as keynote.

KEY TAKEAWAYS:

  • Learn how to perform under pressure through controllables: in competitive curling, when I shift focus from what would happen if I make or miss my shot to telling myself, “throw the right weight and hit the broom”, I make more shots. Shift pressure into clear execution.
  • Reset performance and connection through approach and mindset at work and at home with team language like, “relax, play well, and have fun”.
  • Find what motivates you. A reflective exercise on whether you’re driven by people or by tasks — this creates great audience participation!
  • Discover your personal operating style: are you a “steady wins the race” person? Or a “go all out” person — how does this affect your team? We can be more consistent and avoid burnout when we learn our style and the other person’s.
  • Learn communication awareness in real time: how tone, body language, and words shift impact — especially during high-stress situations — and how to adapt accordingly.
  • Discover what makes for a great team: the foundation of high-performing teams is respect, curiosity, and gratitude for each other.
  • Access Magic Bullets for instant impact: small actions that shift energy and mood FAST!
  • Define success and put it in your pocket: a simple but powerful practice of carrying your personal goal on a recipe card — for example, “ENJOY EVERY SECOND” — to stay anchored in the moment and improve your performance.
